We keep copies of registration forms, class rosters, and student exams for certification of completion of the course by the students. A Special Note About Children

We offer training for children in our AHA Heartsaver CPR for schools course. Our AHA Heartsaver Friends & Family course also provides training for young participants. Children are not eligible to use our services unsupervised, and we ask that children (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with permission and guidance from your parents or guardians.

Castle Valley Resources is NOT responsible for the actions, or inactions, of any individual who may or may not complete any course we offer. Our courses are instructed to their respective program requirements, and are taught with the appropriate instruction materials. We are NOT responsible for any incidents or accidents either directly, or indirectly, caused as a result of the actions, or inactions, of any student attending any of the courses we offer. Students are reminded to adhere to the strict guidelines as outlined by their applicable training programs and State and Local protocol, and NEVER practice any technique they are not trained, qualified, and allowed to perform. Students are reminded to practice techniques as contained in the course materials for the course they completed, as well as to adhere to the laws and policies of their respective state and local protocols. Upon registration of any course offered by Castle Valley Resources, the student agrees to hold harmless; Castle Valley Resources, The National Safety Council, and the American Heart Association in the event of any legal action. Any attendance at any course offered by Castle Valley Resources is an indication by the student that they accept and agree to these legally binding conditions.
